Moto Droid 2 would be even higher-end than anticipated. On top of a larger 4.3-inch screen, HD video and HDMI output, it would have a new 800MHz TI OMAP processor, an 8-megapixel camera and a PowerVR SGX530 graphics core, much like that believed to be in the iPad's A4 chip.
Here's a list of the remaining, unconfirmed specs:
* TI OMAP 3630, which has the PowerVR SGX530 GPU
* 512MB RAM
* FM Radio
* GPS
* HDMI port
* USB port
* Very thin and light
